• Superintendent Responsive to the Policy Directives of the School Board - the Board directs the Superintendent.
• Dropout Reduction - improve the quality of life for community, families and children
• Comprehensive Curriculum Development - Teaching Not Testing - K12 "higher order thinking skills" across the curriculum to improve education AND raise test scores.
• Resource Allocation -  more dollars toward the classrooms less toward bureaucracy
• Teacher Professionalization including Salary Enhancement 
• Staff Development focused on moving the system forward toward school reform and excellence

Of the 120 precincts which constitute District 4

45.08% of them are Boynton / Greater Boynton Beach

39% of the precincts (N=47) pertain to Palm Beach, South Palm Beach, Boca, and Lake Worth.

TWO (2) precincts pertain to WEST PALM BEACH
